Ofter asks how to stop it, and the master reveals that defeating the final boss at the lowest floor will destroy the dungeon and its monsters. Gatech wonders who could accomplish such a task, and for a brief moment, Haruka comes to Marielle’s mind—though she quickly dismisses the thought.
Suddenly, the ground shakes, threatening collapse. The Guild Master orders Ofter to lead civilians to safety and tells Gatech to gather fighters at the front gate to defend the territory at all costs. Finally, the master casts a fire spell that surrounds his body, eager to teach the invaders a lesson.
Back in the dungeon, Haruka spots Griffins flying overhead. As he stands with Angelica, he ponders whether these creatures are birds or lions. Instead of engaging, he tosses a paralyzing fish dusted with salt at them. The monsters fight over the small morsel, and once the effect kicks in, they collapse, clearing the way for Haruka to descend another floor.
Meanwhile, on the 54th floor, the class representative urges her team to keep up. Despite the difficulty, everyone remains determined to find Haruka. However, ahead, they encounter dozens of werewolves.
In the city of Omi, the adventurers have just survived the first wave, but several warriors are already injured. Grief-stricken, Marielle learns the hard way what a true dungeon stampede is. Faced with the dire situation, Ofter suggests asking the dungeon outsiders to face the final boss, and the Guild Leader believes Haruka is up to the task. However, they have no way to contact the lone wanderer. Gatech wonders who would be crazy enough to send a message to him in this chaos.
All three men turn to Marielle, realizing she’s the only option for this unwanted task. She refuses, terrified of venturing into the dungeon alone. The Guild Master, recognizing the mission’s importance, decides it’s too much for a young girl and sends Ofter to accompany her since he is familiar with the dungeon. The subordinate follows orders but recalls that more attacks are coming. Still, the leader reassures them that Omi will be safe with those remaining to defend it.
The subordinate contacts Marielle to begin the mission. She looks around at the injured, trembling but determined, and finds the strength to do what is needed.
On the 81st floor, Haruka and Angelica reach a water-filled level. Haruka comments that while the lower floors are worse, the upper ones still present their own challenges. Suddenly, a school of fish attacks the lone wanderer, but Angelica swiftly slashes them all with her sword. Haruka realizes they are Level 81 Swordfish, and if they all strike at once, the danger is immense. Remembering that fishmongers freeze their catches, he uses ice magic to trap them.
Afterward, Haruka and Angelica leap across rocks to the other side while a large shadow swims below, heading toward them. The shadow soon emerges as the floor’s boss—a giant fish that creates a massive wave. Angelica quickly escapes, but Haruka is hit and pulled under. The Dullahan hesitates, unsure how to fight an aquatic foe.
However, Haruka surfaces, holding a board made from Earth Magic. He rides the wave and strikes the giant fish with his cane, defeating the boss.
As they continue their journey, thrilled by his achievements in the dungeon, Haruka confesses that he’s starting to enjoy the place—especially after discovering incredible treasures. The Ring of Limitless Fortune on the 79th floor boosts luck, the Blessed Bracelet on the 77th floor enhances resistance to disasters, and the Necromancer’s Jewel on the 75th floor grants control over the dead.
With these relics, Haruka feels like he’s struck gold, whether for profit or power. However, with his Maximum Luck making him immune to curses and diseases, the items aren’t as valuable to him. Instead, he decides to give them to Angelica.
The skeletal Armor Representative, believing she might appreciate not being cursed like on the last floor, initially refuses Haruka’s offer. However, his persistence convinces her, and she eventually accepts, touched by his gesture. Amused by her almost human reaction, Haruka lets it slide and moves on. Meanwhile, the Dungeon Emperor briefly reveals her true identity—a young, beautiful human—before rejoining the group.
Later, on the 54th floor, Haruka’s team defeats a pack of werewolves after a tough fight. As they catch their breath, they hear a suspicious noise and prepare for another battle, only to discover Marielle and Ofter approaching.
Amid the chaos, Haruka and Angelica reach the 74th floor, a searing landscape of molten lava. Marielle, sent to find Haruka, begs him to confront the final boss, breaking into tears upon discovering he was missing. The class representative reassures her, confident that the Lone Wanderer will handle things while the group deliberates a faster way to reach him.
Traversing the Fiery Path, Haruka feels the heat pressing on him. Staying alert with his Spatial Awareness, he avoids traps but nearly falls after stumbling on a stone. Angelica catches him just in time and suggests they take a short rest. Sitting down, Haruka struggles to relax, the oppressive heat draining his energy. At the same time, the class rep senses the same breeze and hears Haruka’s voice in the distance. Joyful, she realizes he has discovered a crevice where he’s using Wind Magic to cool off. Through a small hole, they establish contact. When asked if he could climb through, Haruka explains he can’t without a rope. However, no one in the group has one, leaving them to think of another solution.
Discovering that the group is on the 54th floor, Haruka thinks it best to keep running down. However, Marielle delivers urgent news—Omi City is in danger, and the guild is battling a monster horde. Their defense might not hold much longer. Ofter confirms that on his way, he saw a second wave of monsters approaching the city. Even if the adventurers defeat the current wave, a third could devastate Omi entirely.
Marielle explains that the only way to stop the stampede is to defeat the final boss.
Upon hearing this, Haruka glances at Angelica and tells his friends he already defeated the boss.
Oda, however, questions why more monsters are appearing if that were true. Ofter then asks if Haruka is sure the final boss is dead—because if the lowest floor boss is still alive, the stampede will continue.

On their way to Omi, rain begins to fall, prompting them to quicken their pace to reach the city walls.
Once inside and out of the rain, their friends warmly welcome them back.

Then, the class rep arrives, playfully scolding Haruka with a jiu-jitsu move for spending the night alone with Angelica.
