Ubel Blatt Episode 4 Summary In English Explain

Some other bandits charge at Kozel, but he swiftly cuts them down. The bandit leader, now terrified, wonders who Kozel is. Kozel demands to know where “Stem” is, as the bandits had claimed he would protect them. In response, the leader arrogantly flashes his dagger bearing the Landgrave’s crest, expecting it to intimidate him. Kozel, unimpressed, slices through both the crest and the leader’s hand. The leader screams in agony, attempting to crawl away, but Centurion blocks his escape.

Desperate, the bandit leader pleads with Centurion to stop Kozel, pointing out that he defiled the Landgrave’s crest. However, Centurion instead turns his sword on the bandit leader, questioning why Chile Arch Fargo would grant a crested sword to someone like him. As one of the Landgrave’s most trusted advisors, Centurion realizes he must uncover the truth and demands answers.

At that moment, Fargo himself arrives. The bandit leader, thinking his savior has arrived, runs toward Fargo—only for Fargo to cut him down mid-sentence. Calmly, he tells Centurion not to call him “brother” in public. The bandit leader, still alive, protests that this wasn’t their agreement, but Fargo silences him permanently before he can ruin his reputation any further. Picking up the crested sword, Fargo remarks that it’s the very same blade he had commissioned a month ago before it was stolen. He feigns surprise at finding it in the hands of bandits, and Centurion realizes his brother might not actually be connected to these criminals after all.

Fargo then commends Kozel for dealing with the bandits and asks his name. Kozel introduces himself, and Centurion also expresses gratitude. Peipei and Zephy, overwhelmed by the moment, cheer for Kozel, with Peipei hugging him in relief. Fargo, preparing to leave, assures them that his men will handle the bodies. However, Weed interrupts, stating that he still doesn’t trust them and demanding to know where Sharon is.

Feigning ignorance, Fargo pretends not to know who Weed is talking about. But Weed clarifies—he means the second princess of the Scaro Clan. He recalls seeing Landgrave soldiers take her away, forcing Fargo to acknowledge the claim. Fargo offers a compromise: while he can’t disclose all the details, he insists that they are working on securing individuals with special abilities from all Borderlands. Though he can’t release Sharon, he promises to arrange a meeting. He instructs Weed to visit him later at the mayor’s manor for further discussion.

Later, Weed shares this information with Ut, who is shocked that she might get to see her sister again. Weed remains hopeful, believing his long journey is nearing its conclusion. Meanwhile, Peipei realizes that soon, everyone will go their separate ways.

Elsewhere, the remaining bandits guarding captured demihumans grow uneasy, sensing trouble. Their fears are confirmed when Surion arrives, brutally beating them while attempting to free the prisoners. However, the demihumans, fearing another trick, hesitate until Zephy reassures them and releases them himself.

That night, Altia and Kozel sit together in a tent. She informs him that by tomorrow, she will be leaving with the stowaways she once helped escape. Meanwhile, Peipei sits alone in another tent, wondering why no one has returned yet, as their parting is imminent.

At the mayor’s manor, Weed and Ut arrive, only to find their path blocked by undead bandits. Weed immediately suspects necromancy and realizes they’ve walked into Fargo’s trap. The reanimated bandits charge, forcing Weed and Ut into battle. Weed urges her to flee, but she refuses to abandon him, and together they cut down the undead foes. However, the corpses rapidly regenerate, healing through dark magic. Weed begins to wonder if Fargo has been experimenting with wish-tech magic.

Meanwhile, watching from afar, Fargo calmly observes the fight, confident that they will perish soon. He recalls how Centurion and Zephy had saved the girls his men were about to kidnap. At the time, he had even thanked them, pretending to be grateful. But now, furious that Zephy ruined his plans, he puts on a mask, his true intentions remaining hidden.

Back at the camp, Zephy and his parents sleep soundly, looking forward to their journey to the new village tomorrow. Nearby, Kozel gazes at the moon in quiet contemplation, while Peipei wanders, searching for the others. She recalls Zephy’s kindness and his family’s invitation to join them in their new home, which had made her happy.

Just then, Fargo silently enters Zephy’s tent.

Zephy’s parents awaken to a dark shadow looming over them and ask who he is. Meanwhile, outside the tent, Peipei wonders what Zephy is up to and suddenly spots a bloodied sword emerging from inside.

Inside, Fargo has brutally slain Zephy’s mother. He leaps out of the tent, dragging Zephy’s father with him. Peipei quickly hides, witnessing the horrifying scene as Zephy’s father desperately struggles and manages to tear off Fargo’s mask. But before he can do anything more, Fargo mercilessly kills him as well. Zephy, waking up to the sight of his lifeless parents, breaks down in tears. The raw agony in his voice reaches Kozel, who feels the sorrow of a soul pouring into his own heart.

Meanwhile, in another part of the land, Weed and Ut have been captured by the undead bandits. Just in time, Ut’s mount arrives, tearing through the creatures, allowing them to escape. Ut, sensing something amiss, quickly uses a thunder talisman and speeds toward the camp, worried about what she might find.

Back at the camp, Fargo moves to kill Zephy next, but Peipei steps in, begging him to stop. She demands to know how he could do something so cruel when he had promised to help them build a new village. Fargo coldly reveals that it was all a lie and mocks them for believing him so easily. Enraged, Peipei grabs a wooden stick and charges at him, but he effortlessly kicks her aside, sending her tumbling near Zephy. Annoyed, Fargo decides to make things even more twisted—rather than killing Zephy himself, he resurrects his parents as monstrous creatures and commands them to attack their son.

Zephy regains consciousness only to witness the nightmare of his undead parents lunging at him. He is sent flying from the sheer force of their attack. Peipei desperately tries to stop them, but it’s no use. Just as one of the monsters prepares to strike her, Kozel steps in, shielding her. She clings to him, sobbing, as she recounts everything that happened. She reminds him that they were all supposed to build a happy village together, but now it was all ruined. Begging him to do something, she places her trust in him.

Kozel, his emotions boiling over, releases a strange power from his hand. Fargo, witnessing this, is stunned. Kozel uses this force to slice through Zephy’s monstrous parents, finally putting them to rest. Fargo, now terrified, pleads with Kozel to stop, declaring that he serves Stem Wallich. But Kozel is unfazed—he slices off Fargo’s right arm without hesitation. Fargo, now panicking, demands to know just who Kozel really is.

Meanwhile, Weed and Ut arrive, flying above the scene. They are stunned to see swords emerging from Kozel’s hands. Weed finally realizes—this is the true wielder of the Black Sword. Kozel solemnly finishes off Zephy’s parents while offering them an apology. Fargo, now seething in rage, screams at Kozel for taking his arm. But Kozel, filled with righteous fury, condemns him—not just for killing the weak, but for defiling their bodies, forcing him to be the one to slay them. He vows to put an end to Fargo’s treachery and dishonor.

Fargo, still delusional, claims he did nothing wrong. But Kozel rebukes him, reminding him that this very land was once the site of a legendary battle, where noble and valiant warriors fought alongside the emperor to protect its people. He cannot comprehend how a military leader of such a great land has become this pathetic. He declares that Fargo should have been a shield for the emperor and his people—not a butcher.

Fargo, desperate to justify himself, insists that Kozel has no idea what he has endured. But Kozel is unmoved, declaring that no matter how much power the so-called “Seven Heroes” attain, they will all face retribution for their deceptions.

Just then, the commotion wakes the entire camp, and the villagers rush to the scene. Upon arrival, they see Fargo locked in battle with what they perceive to be a monster—Kozel. They believe they must save Fargo. However, they also notice Zephy, still alive, and are horrified by what has been done to his parents. In the confusion, they retreat, and Fargo, taking advantage of the moment, picks up his weapon and charges at Kozel.

At the same time, Weed and Ut swoop in on their mount, calling for Kozel to grab on. He does, and they quickly escape. Once they land in a safe area, Weed is relieved to see Kozel back to his usual self. He admits that he was waiting to see Kozel’s Black Sword in action and is glad to have finally witnessed it. Kozel, in turn, thanks him for helping him cross the border. However, he tells Ut that she can’t kill him yet—he still has unfinished business.

Meanwhile, back at the camp, Peipei desperately tries to defend Kozel to the elders, explaining that he was the one who saved her and Zephy. She reveals that it was Fargo who murdered Zephy’s parents. But the elders refuse to believe her, dismissing her words as childish nonsense. They argue that Fargo has only shown them kindness since they arrived and insist that whatever form Kozel took was nothing short of demonic. Frustrated, Peipei storms out, declaring that Kozel is no monster.

Elsewhere, Kozel gazes at the moon, deep in thought. Ut approaches him, and he asks if she has come to take revenge on him. Instead, she apologizes. She confesses that when her beloved brother, Kat, died, it left an unbearable void in her heart. Unable to cope, she had channeled her pain into revenge against Kozel. But in truth, Kozel had actually tried to save her brother. She asks for his forgiveness, admitting that she doesn’t even know how to make amends.

Kozel gently tells her to raise her head, assuring her that she has already done enough. He tells her that deep down, he knows she is a good person. Overcome with emotion, she breaks down in tears.
