Summary Of Bogus Skill Fruitmaster | Anime | Episodes 10

Late at night, Lena and Dratena make their way through the quiet streets when a confused Lena asks where they are going. Dratena explains that the house at the end of the alley belongs to the Berberi family, so no one will question their presence there. It will serve as a safe hiding place for the next few days. However, Dratena refuses to leave the city before her dance performance, which is in two days.

Lena warns her that Holy Sister, the head of the Investigation Bureau, will not go easy on them and will likely hunt the entire town to find them. She also mentions that she plans to seek help from the Holy Sister, confident that she will protect them. Turning to Dratena, Lena suddenly demands to know why she attacked them at the Count’s manor, but Dratena refuses to answer. Instead, Dratena admits that she owes her life to Lena but quickly brushes off the gratitude. Lena, however, insists that she helped because, after watching Dratena dance, she felt she was not a bad person.

Dratena immediately rejects this, claiming that Lena knows nothing about her. Lena then reveals that she has heard rumors about Dratena’s childhood. For a moment, Dratena is visibly shocked but quickly accepts the fact that everyone believes the Sword Saint simply took pity on her. Lena recalls how Dratena used Bor and Shira’s corpses to attack them, and while she is still unsure of her intentions, she can’t shake the feeling that there is still good left in her.

As they continue walking, they reach a small festival, where two excited children rush up to them, praising them and eagerly expressing how much they are looking forward to their dance. Lena realizes that the dancers are highly respected by the townspeople. However, the moment the parents recognize Dratena, they quickly pull their children away, warning them not to go near her to avoid being cursed by her taboo skill. Seeing this, Lena feels a deep sadness.

As they walk further, Dratena admits that she envies Lena, as her Sword Saint skill is considered a blessing, while Dratena’s necromancy is seen as a curse. Lena is about to respond when suddenly, a man bursts into the festival, screaming hysterically. Before anyone can react, a loud explosion shakes the ground, followed by the appearance of monsters.

Without hesitation, Lena cuts down a monster with a single strike, ordering the people to run for their lives. Meanwhile, Dratena looks up in horrorvarious flying creatures loom over the city. She is shocked, as the Fairy Stone’s purifying power is supposed to prevent monsters from entering the town.

Amidst the chaos, a young girl trips and falls, just as a monster lunges toward her. Without thinking, Dratena casts her Necromancy spell, reanimating a fallen monster to attack the living creatures. The townspeople, watching in shock, struggle to comprehend what they are witnessing—Dratena is fighting to protect them.

Before anyone can react further, a dragon-like monster descends, spewing flames toward a fleeing family. However, just before the fire can reach them, a small unicorn creates a magical shield, protecting them from the attack.

Lena rushes toward the unicorn, prepared to assist. As the dragon lets out another deafening roar, she immediately activates her spell, Trapezista, believing she has defeated the creature.

However, before she can celebrate, another monster suddenly appears. As Lena begins to lose her footing, Dratena quickly casts a spell, merging the corpses of fallen monsters to create a Pittin, which catches Lena just in time. Lena thanks Dratena, but Dratena warns her not to be reckless. Lena simply responds that she wants to protect as many people as she can.

Dratena scoffs, saying that Lena can only be so positive because she was born with a “good” skill. However, Lena firmly disagrees, pointing out that Dratena also saved people today using her necromancy.

As they turn their attention to the unicorn, they wonder if it has been separated from its herd. However, before they can think further, the unicorn suddenly begins hissing at the sky, its eyes filled with hostility. When the girls look up, they see a black mist forming, and to their horror, they realize that it is a portal, unleashing even more monstrous creatures.

The townspeople watch in terror as an exceptionally large monster emerges from the portal, convinced that all hope is lost. However, before the creature can strike, Yuan appears, easily taking it down.

Holy Sister follows close behind, smirking as she comments on Yuan’s cruel yet effective methods. Without hesitation, she orders the townspeople to evacuate to the cathedral, explaining that it is the oldest building in the city, equipped with ancient defenses that will form an impenetrable barrier. She further states that she has already ordered the night patrol guards to lead the civilians to safety.

Turning to Lena and Dratena, Holy Sister coldly tells them to reflect on their behavior at the theater, only to immediately dismiss the thought, stating that they have more urgent matters to deal with. She orders them to follow her, and as they move through the city, Dratena notices that the black mist is continuing to expand.

Suddenly, Dratena realizes that the mist is converging at the center of the lake. Holy Sister nods, confirming that this is their destination. Dratena, clearly disturbed, argues that diving straight into the danger zone is a terrible idea. However, Holy Sister simply smirks, replying that there’s no fun in life without a little adventure.

The group boards a boat, heading toward the center of the lake, where the Fairy Stone stands. As they sail across the water, Holy Sister raises a light barrier around the cathedral, ensuring the safety of those inside.

A musician named Argos, sitting in the middle of the black mist, watches the chaos unfold. He acknowledges that the town has strong people capable of forming light barriers, but he remains unimpressed, convinced of his superiority.

Meanwhile, Light continues his physical training, pushing himself to his limit while Monica’s father watches from afar. Later, he approaches Monica, informing her that he has gathered all the materials she needs. He urges her to take it easy, seeing how tirelessly she has been working. However, Monica refuses to slow down—she is determined to forge a stronger sword for Light, one that will never break again. She explains that although Light pretends to be in rehabilitation, he actually trains from early morning till late at night, which motivates her to work even harder.

Back at the lake, Holy Sister reveals a shocking truth—the black mist is actually miasma, and rather than repelling it, the Fairy Stone is pulling it closer to the town. Someone has tampered with its magic, reversing its protective properties. When Lena asks Holy Sister what she intends to do, she casually responds that they will destroy the Fairy Stone. If they don’t, the miasma will merge with the lake, turning the entire body of water into a breeding ground for poisonous monsters.

This declaration enrages Dratena, who argues that the Fairy Stone is sacred and highly respected by the townspeople. Destroying it would be a grave crime. However, Holy Sister remains firm, stating that her only priority is protecting the city, and this is the only way. Dratena, still unwilling to accept it, insists that without the Fairy Stone, the Dance of the Fairies will lose its purpose, as there will be no holy object to honor. Holy Sister questions when Dratena started caring so much about the town. Caught off guard, Dratena angrily retorts that she doesn’t care about the people, but the ritual itself must remain untouched.

Before they can argue further, Argos finally reveals himself, summoning a gigantic monster. Lena quickly uses it as a distraction, attempting to strike Argos, but the attack fails—Argos was merely a disguised illusion. He calmly explains that his mission is to exterminate lesser species and reclaim the land. He then opens multiple portals, unleashing an army of monsters.

Seeing this, Holy Sister quickly commands Lena and Dratena to destroy the Fairy Stone, as doing so will close the miasma portals. However, Yuan warns that their mobility is severely limited on the water, putting them at a disadvantage. Dratena realizes that she is the only one who can fly, but before she can act, the unicorn creates a crystal pathway, allowing Lena to reach the Fairy Stone.

Argos, watching, scoffs at Lena’s arrogance, believing that she cannot possibly destroy the sacred stone. However, before he can react, a blade slices across his cheek. He turns in shock, only to find Holy Sister standing before him, smirking. She declares that she will handle him personally.

Enraged, Argos summons a monster to destroy the boat, but Yuan remains calm, telling Lena to focus on the Fairy StoneHoly Sister is the head of the Investigation Bureau and can handle herself. With that, Lena continues her charge toward the Fairy Stone.

Meanwhile, Argos taunts Holy Sister, revealing that he has heard all about her. He knows that her Scholar’s Eye skill is only useful for investigation and lacks combat strength. Confident in his victory, he begins to summon a massive attack, but before it can fully form, Holy Sister obliterates it with a single strike.

She explains that in this world, there exist forbidden books containing ancient techniques. Simply reading them grants the user powerful skills, and she has studied all 48 volumes. She then demonstrates her mastery by combining Ice Spark with Stone Play, eliminating dozens of monsters at once. Furious, Argos summons more creatures, but she quickly counters with Bird Cage, trapping them within an unbreakable barrier.

With the battlefield temporarily secured, Holy Sister orders Lena and Dratena to destroy the Fairy Stone. However, Dratena refuses, arguing that if the stone is destroyed, nothing will protect the city. This causes Lena to hesitate—should they really destroy it, or should they find another way?

Sensing her doubt, Holy Sister tells Lena that this is not a command—she is free to choose her own path. Lena reflects on how Light would have found a way to protect everyone without destroying the stone. However, she knows that she isn’t strong enough to find an alternative solution in time.

Resolving herself, Lena tells Dratena that she will take full responsibility for what happens. Then, with a single powerful strike, she shatters the Fairy Stone.

Argos, wide-eyed, is shocked. He never expected them to go through with it. However, he suddenly smirks—they were too late.

From beneath the lake, enormous spirals of energy rise, fusing with the black mist. As Argos raises his hands toward the sky, he calls for the awakening of the Water God.

As the final monster appears, Holy Sister warns them—this is their last battle. Dratena, trembling, watches in horror as she realizes the truth—the Water God is the Wicked Dragon.

The Water God unleashes a devastating beam attack, forcing Dratena to push Lena out of the way. The attack narrowly misses them but obliterates several buildings in the city.

Holy Sister reassures them not to panic, reminding them that the city has already been evacuated. However, Dratena is still in shock, especially as she sees that the theater where the Fairy Dance was to take place has been completely destroyed.

Argos lets out a menacing laugh, mocking them for believing they ever stood a chance. He declares that he will destroy them along with the entire city.

Dratena, overwhelmed with fear, shakes uncontrollably, believing that they stand no chance against the Water God.

However, Lena suddenly takes a firm stance. She turns to Dratena and, despite the tremor in her voice, asks her to lend them her strength so they can protect the city together.

Dratena notices Lena’s hands trembling and smirks slightly, making a lighthearted comment about how only Lena could give a motivational speech while shivering.

Lena, unfazed, replies that the shaking will stop once they start fighting.

Suddenly, a brilliant light erupts from both of them, illuminating the battlefield.

With renewed determination, both girls ready themselves for the final battle.
